Terms of Service

The APR Initiative, Inc. ("The APR") is an IRS acknowledged non-profit organized under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Donors can deduct contributions made under IRC Section 170. The APR is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. The APR has been determined to be a Public Charity under IRC Section 170.

The APR has been assigned California State Charity Registration Number: CT0276887.

All donations are tax deductible. Please check with your tax expert for details. Donations may be made by check, cash or credit card. All credit card donations will be processed by a merchant account that will deduct a percentage of the transaction. The balance of the transaction will be deposited in the bank account of The APR.

No products or services are sold or transferred. The market value provided in response to any donation is zero (0).

Donors may request their donations be returned by writing management and requesting a refund through either email or US Mail at the following addresses.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days and will have 10% deducted to cover handling and processing costs.

All donated funds will be used to educate the public on the realities of the use of the abortion pill and the fact that, if acting in time, This Pill can be reversed. No salaries or personal cash transfers will be made with any donated funds.
